Also, look at the nutrition facts for the food. It's absolutely garbage. How any American can eat that more than once or twice a year is mind-boggling.

I salt when cooking if it makes sense for the dish though I'm usually well below the normal amount. Once you stop eating salt for a while anything with a large amount of it is disgusting. Sort of like with sugar.

I was one that salted everything before tasting and have since stopped many years ago. I understand the whole salting while cooking and The Wife does that. Kosher salt is all we use and as little as possible. (we don't even have a salt shaker)

As far as fast food goes since December, I've had a Frisco Breakfast Sandwich on Wednesday morning in Kentucky, since there are no Hardee's here and ate at Arby's on Sunday...not bad for 4 months without it.
