He did it the right way? He protested an entire season that he didn't want to be in Denver any longer. He showed no loyalty to the team what so ever. Denver traded him because they HAD to. I agree they appear to be in the danger zone where they will continue to be a 6-7-8 seed. But they have a core of players in their young 20's and ill watch them play for a few years before i say theyll never win anything. it certainly wont be this year however
