Lebron disappears in the 4th quarters of playoff games against good teams. No brainwashing, that's a fact.

At times he has, a few. He averages 30, 9 and 7 in elimination games, pretty clutch if you ask me.

And all that comes in the first 3 quarters. Just imagine if he didn't get a sandy vag at the beginning of the 4th.

Yes, it's a team sport. I was just saying that he has put up big numbers and shown up, people just remember the times that he didn't come through like he was supposed to rather than the many times he put up huge numbers.

So what happened last year? With 2 of the best players in the NBA as his teammates??

I can't prove or disprove that, but I would venture to say that a good chunk of those numbers came in the 4th as well as the other quarters.

Everyone knows what happened in the finals, inexcusable.

LeBron will likely get skewered if the Heat lose, but Dwyane wade had 0 pts in the first quarter. He disappears for way too long.

Robj had me curious about MJ's early year playoff stats. So I'll just leave this here:

Jordan vs. Boston, 1986 Playoffs - 43.7 ppg 6.3 rpg 5.7 apg 2.3 spg 1.3 bpg 51% FG

Jordan vs. Cavs, 1988 Playoffs - 45.2 ppg 5.4 rpg 4.8 apg 2+ spg 1+ bpg 56% FG

Jordan vs. Cavs, 1989 Playoffs - 40.0 ppg 5.8 rpg 8.2 apg 2+ spg 1 bpg 53% FG

Jordan vs. Philly, 1990 Playoffs - 43.0 ppg 6.6 rpg 7.4 apg 3 spg 1+ bpg 55+% FG

Jordan vs. Miami, 1992 Playoffs - 45.0 ppg 9.7 rpg 6.7 apg 3 spg1 bpg 61% FG

IF(and this is a pretty big if right now) Ray Ray can catch a little heat, the C's will get right back in this. I just don't know if his legs have it anymore.

One thing I remember about Jordan in his younger days was how quick and explosive his first step was to the bucket, even though you know he primarily he could only go right, still tough to stop.

Still blows my mind he scored 63 and 69 points in playoff games. If that happened today the world would stop.

Edit---derp the 69 v Cleveland was regular season. I was thinking of his 63 v boston and his 55 v cleveland.

Against Boston and Atlanta correct? Two really good teams of that era.
