lol at arguing over regular season awards for Lebron. At this point, the regular season awards are more embarrassing than anything else until he wins a title. And if he doesn't this year, it will be the 2nd team that he's blown up because he can't get it done when it counts.

If LeBron could guard the Center position then we would have beat the Magic in 09. Stop with that nonsense... He's complaining about guarding David West because it's taxing. You honestly think he could guard Bynum, Howard, Lopez, etc..?

LeBron being named first team D was well deserved. He can effectively guard 1-4 positions on the court. The 5? That's a reach.

Depends on which media people they use. If they are using people like Hubie Brown,Mike Fratello, JVG, Chris Mullins, SAS, Tim Legler and Jalen Rose and other TV media then they would know. While I dont disagree with you, LBJ can guard the 1-4, my biggest issue with him being first team all def is that he really only plays def in the 4th or in crunch time minutes. Majority of the game, he plays a weaker offensive player. For example against the Lakers when he was a Cav, he wouldn't guard Kobe, hell a lot of the time he would guard Fisher which is just a joke. To be first team all D I think he should be guarding Kobe. His help defense is pretty damn good. I think the bigger joke is Dwade being nominated. He just lets guys go by him and cherry picks. He doesn't even play defense anymore. Lebron is about the best off the ball defender that I can ever remember. His on the ball is average at best, but he can do so much to help off the ball, that he is pretty elite. QFT. Chris Paul being nominated is also a reach. Esp with rondo only being 2nd team. Dexter Pittman shouldn't be suspended for 3 games. The Heat should be forced to play him 48 minutes/game for the next 3 games.
