Because of no electronic balls and strikes Latos is not rewarded for that brilliant pitch to Sandoval which should have ended the inning!

Great save by Latos. Around 80 pitches. He should be able to get through the 7th with the bottom of the order. Chappy + Marshall, good chance Reds win...

Latos allows the lead-off batter on in 3 of the first 5 innings, but it is the 6th when he gets the first two batters out that really tests him, and he finally passes the test after the ump fails to give him his earned rewards!

Stubbs tries to go deep in the count, but it doesn't work with a 3 pitch K. To go deep you need to be able to make contact and foul off pitches!

BP goes out on one pitch, a ball, if he let's it go, at that!

If Latos can get them out 1,2,3 in the 7th, he can force the Giants to either send Cain out for another inning or make a double switch!

Ludwick goes yard.
Hard to believe Cain is still out there.

It took the threat of Willie Harris to get Cain pulled.
That was an impressive start after the first inning.

Rolen looks like he is done. He should be hitting 8th when in the lineup. Good thing we traded Juan Francisco

That, to me, was 100% intentional.
Now BP gets a chance to shine...which means he will pop out to short.

No need for Chappy or Marshall. Gonna maybe see what J.J. Hoover has?

Yeah, lets see Hoover! It would still be 3-0 if Stubbs doesn't beat out that try for a DP.

Wonder who's call it was to throw at Posey? Hope they didn't wake up the Giants for the rest of the series.

Leaving the park some dog was frightened by a car horn or something and somehow slipped out of her collar and started running through traffic. I ended up chasing her down, with a game used Miguel Cairo bat in one hand, for about 2 blocks before cornering her in a back alley and getting her back to her owner. I can only imagine what some people were thinking in their cars that didn't see the ordeal from the beginning. "What the fuck is this lunatic with a bat doing running through traffic?"
Anyway, my good dead for the year is done.

Wish I could take my dog but she would hate it.

All the cars on 3rd St were stopped at the light and the front cars didn't move when the light turned green because they could see what was happening. Luckily they kept the cars behind them from moving and cars that were approaching saw the lunatic with a bat so they kinda stopped. She ran up an alley not too far from In Between and ran up to some freight entrance and unfortunately didn't like what she saw so took off down another alley towards Sycamore. When she went that way I was worried sick she would've bounded out of the alley and a car would've hit her. Luckily she found the corner behind the green unit below and hunkered down. I was able to snag her before she took off again. Poor thing was scared shitless.dave;1152120 wrote:As I started reading that I thought you were going to say it got ran over. Nice job.
