What is some of your best cures for the all dreaded hangover?

Mine is pickle juice not sure what it does but it works wonders for me. I seen my uncle do it when I was a kid and asked him why he said to kill his hangover.

The hair of the dog works well too.

I rarely get them because I try to drink at least one large cup of water before going to bed. Also, in the herbal supplement area of grocery stores, you can buy Milk Thistle pills. That stuff is supposed to help the liver. I'm not sure if it really helps, but one of my friends is convinced he feels better the next day when he drinks because of it.

I hardly ever get hungover.. but popping some tylenol and going back to sleep usually does the trick.

Time and water usually the only thing that works for me. I tend to either be fine, or the rare awful my stomach is a rock and I throw up hangover.

In college if I woke up and felt like I would be hungover (when I would get hungover, my stomach tightens up and I can't eat) I would immediately run to wendy's. 2 5 pieces and a frosty. That would usually do the trick.

I don't think I have ever had a hangover but I lounge a lot the next day and generally eat something greasy.

The only thing that will truly cure a hangover for me is aderall. Other than that sleep and water or if it is a nice hot summer day going outside and working up a sweat while drinking plenty of fluids does the trick.

Drink a huge glass of water before going to bed; chug it if you have too.

You won't get hangovers.

Drinking has no ROI so that means you don't drink which means you have no clue how to cure a hangover

I have three cures in addition to the preventative measure of drinking water before going to sleep (taking a multivitamin with the water is even better)

1. Coffee, water, and greasy breakfast food (eggs, bacon, etc.)

2. Bloody Mary

3. "Herbal Assistance"

I rarely get them but anytime after a good night of drinking I always go out the next morning and have a big greasy breakfast.

Very few things have been proven to cure hangovers.

Besides the basics (water, electrolytes, glucose replacement) there isn't a magic cure, so do whatever works for you.

For me, its chugging a gatorade before I go to bed and possibly another with some ibuprofen in the AM.

I normally take a couple digestive enzyme pills (I normally take them after I eat), before I go to sleep. I have found that the enzyme pills break down the alcohol. I have never been hungover using this method. Not sure if its coincidence or not, but I know days in which I don't take them, I feel like absolute shit the next day.

Also, depending on how bad or mild the hang over is, getting in a light workout always seems to help me.

Preventative - Water or Gatorade before bed

If I forget to do that or I have what some might call too much fun...Coconut water, alive, 6" steak, egg, and cheese with A1 on flatbread from Subway is my go to.

False. I've chugged half gallons before. Still hungover the next day if I really went hard.

My hangover is usually not being able to move without puking. I've yet to find something to cure/prevent not waking up sick to my stomach. Usually puking the night of drinking=puking the next morning. If I don't puke before bed, then I'm golden in the morning.
