I hate religion because it perpetuates stupidity. I've found the best counter to stupidity is outright aggressive comments to force people to absolutely collapse on themselves emotionally. I know I'm fighting an uphill battle because you can't fix stupid, but people used to believe in witches, wizards, polytheistic gods, etc; and they are no longer in the mainstream, so my hope is neither are the monotheistic religions either.

I'm bothered by religion because it is absolutely devoid of any intellectual integrity. It's an adult fairy tale that people try to not only pass off as truth, but try to enact laws that are purely religious based and absolutely vile.
