If you mean the latter then it really isn't my job to prove it false. It's their job to prove their own claim not mine to disprove it. Just like (when debating the existence/lack of god, not in everyday conversation or anything) it's theists job to prove that a god exists and if they so choose to further prove that the particular version of god they follow exists. Burden of proof is on the person making the claim.

If you meant prove that I hear people say that I simply won't. It's an anecdote from my life and I'm not going to scour my facebook wall or anything like that to prove that it happens to some dude on the OC.

I imagine you're going to give some examples of the morality of Christianity and how it's been a good thing for the world and how we need it and then perhaps showcase what you think are some of the moral ills that happen when one isn't religious/Christian. But you'll fail to mention both the tremendous moral atrocities religion has brought and also good deeds done by those who are not religious.

At least that's how this conversation normally goes. Let's see if you'll surprise me.
