This is entrapment and why cops get a bad rap in some cases. How can someone turn down not 1 but 2 Double cheeseburgers for a little pleasure? Also this transaction, without a doubt, took place at sleepers McDonald's Franchise that he owns.

Asking a hooker to have sex with you for money is not entrapment. Makes sense. I think that's probably a good explanation of the distinction with entrapment. Like if he offers $1M that would be entrapment, but $40 isn't.
