as far as trades go...are we good to predict them as long as both people agree? there are always alot of trades so if people feel it is legit to make trade i think it will be more realistic

Trades are fine. However, lets keep it to picks for the most part. This isn't a fantasy league or a simulation league. Trading players for picks is rare. If it's a single player for a pick, fine, but lets not go crazy.
