When you said CBS usually puts the better game at the later slot, do you know why they do that? It's because they put the game they think will get the better TV ratings in the later game. OSU/Kansas will bring a better rating than UK/UL...so no it's not my opinion.

Nationally, I actually think UK/UL will get better ratings. I'll say that, only because those 2 markets are usually top 5 in viewership. The losing market, especially if Louisville loses, won't watch the 2nd game. I'd think the overall ratings will be very close.

However, in-terms of what has the potential to be more competitive, obviously you would pick OSU/KU. There is a reason Vegas says UK -9 and Ohio State -2. That's usually a good indicator...

Personally I'm an OSU fan but both games have good story lines. How can you not be interest in UK UL Calapari/pitino stroylines.

I said it's more of the Pitino/UK storyline. But yeah, I agree.

I'm definitely interested in the UL/UK game..but when your team is one of the other 2 teams playing, you don't really care as much as if your team was out.

I think nationally, OSU - Kansas will have bigger ratings. Both have huge alumni/student bases and they cover two different parts of the nation drawing in more "local" interest as well.

More interest nationally, totally agree. From the actual TV ratings, we'll see. I know in the past, the city of Louisville alone has really influenced the NCAA Tournament ratings.

I totally agree with OSU/KU in primetime though. It's projected to be the better game...no argument.

I once got a call at work the morning of the Final Game. A salesman asked me if I wanted to go to the game. I told him not to BS me. He told me to be at the airport in an hour, the company jet would pick me up. SO it does happen. :)

I may be going with a buddy of mine, courtesy of tOSU (corporate sponsor box).

I mean...all sorts of emotions...I couldn't even fathom a UK/OSU title game. I've never been to the Big Easy though and free tix to UK/UL (regardless of what game happens Monday night) would be too much to pass up. Flights to N.O. are a bit pricey though...gonna be at least $1200 just to get there and back.

I haven't looked but sometimes flying into Gulfport Mississippi is cheaper. And only about 50 minutes from Nola.

Even as an osu homer, you look at that and figure the other 3 teams would have way more appearances then osu. But this will be our 11th. Not bad for a football school!

The best way I've found is reheating it in a skillet on a stove, but I will eat it cold.
