I noticed it too. Bullock took the game over for UNC.

OU hits the and one at the end of regulation...and they most likely win the game. One lousy stinkin free throw from advancing.

Little things = hitting free throws

Yes sir.....he was excellent. Took an under .500 Jackson team to the district finals (Jackson's first trip there in 40 years) Had a 17-3 season (only time over 15 wins in 40 years....typical Jackson season about 6-14 or 7-13. He played at OU as well.

Sadly I went to that district final at the Convo.

What's the 5? Fouls? Because he had way more than that. How a 7 footer consistently draws charges while not being called for offensive fouls or "over the back" fouls himself is beyond me. Apparently fists to the eyes aren't fouls against UNC either.

Great season Bobcats...causing havoc on the defensive end has been their calling card all year long. UNC fans going crazy on their Scout board about how terrible they were tonight. It's called good defense.

Oh yeah, I said they wouldn't be blown out. A real shame they couldn't pull this off.

I never said it ended well, but in my mind he was on a different level as a coach....plus he was worth the price of admission.

My recollection is he tried a reverse to stay away from the block, but it was still blocked.

could be.

Either way, it was getting blocked... He would have almost been better off just pulling it back out (that's what she said)

blocks. I assume you don't know the rule if you can't understand how a 7 foot tall player doesn't get called for "over the back".

Wasn't saying he wasn't good. Just an ugly game. Pretty sure the younger Evans went 0-13 all from 3.

You definitely did. The Bobcats played superbly defensively. Just needed to make one or two more shots.

As for my overdone proclamations of a UNC blowout party, that's just part of my usual plan of dooming the Heels with reverse psychology. Ask ironman02. I do that all the time. Personally, I thought it would be a much closer game, but I never would have guessed OT. Quite a game.

Maybe not national champions but they should be a top 25 team their backcourt and d should be great. Their only senior never plays so they should have basically the same team of kellog cooper offutt baltic and hall back
