Really wish Lehigh wouldn't have gone cold in the second half. Not over yet, but gonna be tough for them to overcome this late deficit.

And that should probably do it.

Nice lil run for Lehigh. A weekend those kids will never forget.

Nah it was in West Lafayette. I remember watching on TV thinking holy crap Hummel didn't miss and we're still within 10, as long as he doesn't do that again Turner will lead us to victory.

I loved watching ET play because it felt he could lead us back from any deficit.

If UC wins, that would be 4 Ohio teams in Sweat16. That is pretty amazing. Even 3 is pretty damn good.

I'd love to see Robbie Hummel get to play in the Sweet 16 -- the kid's very likable, especially for all he's been through -- but, sorry, Rob, I need Kansas to win.

If Purdue wins this then UNC might have the most gift-wrapped Final 4 trip I can remember, even with Marshall being hurt.

I think that Kansas had a very similar road last year, being in the Sweet Sixteen with a 11, 12, and 10.

I thought the same thing today when I looked at their bracket.

Yeah, I almost threw an "of course I said the same thing about Kansas last year" comment into that post. I had the Jayhawks winning it all last year. Can't believe they pissed away that draw and didn't even make the FF.

Yeah, they throttled Richmond, but they couldn't get past the offensive explosion from VCU.

No disrespect to Ohio, but I don't think that the team will miss his offensive production too much against Ohio. It's just they have superior athletes, so they should win that one. However, anything is possible in the tournament, so I can't write off an Ohio upset completely.

I think that if Purdue were to pull this one out, that Purdue/NC State would both be able to play good games against UNC. As we saw in the ACC semis, NC State can play with UNC, so I'd definitely like to see that game again. I think that I underestimated Purdue this year (had them losing to St. Mary's). However, if Hummel can play like the old Hummel and get good contributions from his teammates, they can also give UNC a scare.

IDK, every time KU gets close, seems like Purdue makes a play and answers. Been uphill battle for KU entire game.
