Tapley is keeping SDSU in the game against State.
Hope the Pack doesn't pull a choke job here. Have them going to the Sweet 16.

Then you can freely root for whoever you want. Doesn't sound that bad.Iliketurtles;1118403 wrote:If they win then I won't ever have to look at my bracket again this year lol. I'd be done.

Without Sullinger Thomas won't get the opportunities he gets now. Thomas doesn't create his own shot. He gets wide open 3-pointers due to Sullinger drawing double and triple teams. He won't get those shots with Ravenel or Williams in the post. When Thomas posts up now he never gets doubled, because they can't double off of Sullinger or Buford. Thomas will get doubled next year with Buford and Sullinger gone. If Sullinger goes early and with Buford graduating Thomas should also go early, especially if he has a couple more good tournament games. He'll have a much more difficult time averaging 16 next year let alone over 20ppg.Terry_Tate;1118038 wrote:If Sullinger and Thomas both leave Ohio State is in serious trouble, and now that I think about it they won't be near the top 25 unless some guys make huge jumps. If Thomas returns I see a starting 5 of Craft-Smith Jr.-Thompson-Thomas-Williams with Shannon Scott and Evan Ravenel the first 2 off the bench, or switch Ravenel and Williams. Defensively I think they would still be really good, but obviously scoring points would be the issue. The offense would flow through Deshaun Thomas and I could see him averaging 20-22 a game, but someone else would have to step up as a scorer. I'll revise my top 10 to be a top 15ish squad, not that it's much of a difference.

Yeah thats how I look at it... I only have $50 bucks invested in brackets this year so it wouldn't be that bad haha.lhslep134;1118405 wrote:Then you can freely root for whoever you want. Doesn't sound that bad.

I only do two $10 brackets a year. I make my money in march on betting, not brackets. I never care if my bracket gets busted as long as Ohio State and/or Florida are still alive because I love just watching the games with no rooting interest.Iliketurtles;1118414 wrote:Yeah thats how I look at it... Not sure why everyone was so high on FSU, yeah they are coming in on a roll but they have lost plenty of games they shouldn't have, including last year in the tourney. History has shown that they are a good defensive team but inconsistent, especially on offense.

Yeah I normally only do 2-3 brackets a year... but this year I added the OC one and then sumbitted a really crazy one in my friends pool(I also submitted a serious one in it). This fun brackets has Harvard in the in the sweet 16, UNC-Ashville, Creighton, and Belmont in the Elite 8, Murray State and South Dakota State in the Final 4 and my final is Murray State over Creighton lol.lhslep134;1118419 wrote:I only do two $10 brackets a year. I also do a lot of betting during this time I already made 90 bucks just on betting 100 on Murray State at -4 yesterday.

Anthony Grant messed that up if you ask me.
Take the TO before the inbound. You don't lose time.

Alabama inbounded the ball with absolutely no urgency...forced to call another timeout
