I'd say Alex Smith is not the guy.
He's done okay but is a little too inconsistent. Just misses too many.
They could have a really good offense with even a slight upgrade at quarterback.

They could easily be 9-7 next year with Smith. But if they're going to reach full potential offensively and be 11-5 and a contender, I think they might need someone with a stronger, more consistent arm.

Well I ended up tying in fantasy this week. Gore got me 23 and Warner 1. haha unbelievable.
I don't know how tie-breakers go. Hopefully it goes to the bench scoring because my bench outscored their bench.

Wow, expected more from Arizona but they were just beat by the better team tonight. The Niners played great all over the field--they definitely won this game, the Cards didn't lose it. They forced those turnovers--just wanted it more.
Beanie had a nice night--too bad it ended in a loss.

I really don't think the better team won tonight. The Cards just had a down week but they've been pretty solid all year. There's only a handful of teams that have impressed me more than the Cardinals, especially with last week's performance. They have some serious weapons and will be a very scary team to match up with in the post season...just like last year.SQ_Crazies wrote: Wow, expected more from Arizona but they were just beat by the better team tonight. That many TO's is just inexcusable. The one thing about the Cardinals, however, is that they've responded very, very well the following weeks when coming off a dissapointing performance (not just this year, but also last year). I expect this to be the last 'bad' performance we see from Arizona this year.

They better team TONIGHT won. I won't argue that the Niners are better than the Cards overall--but on this night they were wayyyyy better.
