I'll bet it has super high sodium content. I'd be surprised if it didn't. I have a buddy who is a vegan and a lot of the vegan foods have a lot of sodium.

I should clarify, it is generally vegan substitute foods like a boca burger or a tofurkey.

The ones i got have 105 calories and 5% of your sodium intake for the day. I also love eating pretty much any kind of fish besides talaipa. I usually eat some sort of fish and brown rice for lunch 3 times a week and salad the rest of the week. I'm just looking for some new options to eat as I get tired of the same things over and over. Dinners are usually grilled chicken, sirlion, or we eat out at a greek restaurant and i get a pita bowl.

Agree with this but I will add grassfed steak/burger, nice fatty wild caught salmon, macadamia nuts, farm raised/local chickens (with skin) and coconut milk. Throw in some 85% dark chocolate for dessert.

Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with Good n' Natural bars?

And with the amount of beer I drink, I'm not spending MORE money on LESS beer.

Two Slim Jim and a coke :D

Health food what a joke: I eat fresh fruit and vegetables, seldom anything in a can or frozen (with the exception of soups). I do avoid fast food but love Wendy fries and milk shake to dip them in. Cook with olive oil and eat what I want, when I want with the understanding of small proportions. Eat a good breakfast when I can, sometimes lunch if I have a time and enjoy good quality and or fine dinning for dinner. A glass of wine and or Irish Coffee before bed and sometime a little more that I should. Drink moderately but party hard and work hard. ... sex also </SPAN>

Take a notes health nuts: Hard physical work, mind challenging situation and career, good women, play hard, work harder, wake up early, when it hurt work more, when your sick get up, never say can’t, don’t quit, experience new things, enjoy life and live it … you’ll live longer and be happier. Vegie burger, organic grown and someone telling you what best for you is not the answer … </SPAN>

Do the math, APV of 6.4% is how many times greater than 3.2%? Hint, rhymes with double.

Chipotle is fine as long as you don't get white rice or burrito shells.

5 guys is worth the cheat meal IMHO.

Chipotle is terrible for you. I work out quite a bit, so that helps keep my heart from killing itself.

Whew. I went to get Lara bars, the Good n' Natural seemed bigger, as if they would fill me up more, so I went with them. Have peanut butter and lemon flavors in my desk. Eat one every day after work.
