Observation: He was 19, his daughter looks 4. He is in a house with some friends playing with a handgun. Also has around with two pocket knives and a pair of brass knuckles. Sad he is leaving behind a family.

I don't know what he had planned for the night's events, going over the Bay View to challenge the sharks to fistacuffs, but it appears that he and his friends had something planned.

Indeed. Very sad. My daughter just turned three so I'm biased; thinking more about the daughter than anything else.

Maybe I am missing something. Do people usually hang around in living rooms with guns and knives? I know that is not what I do with my friends.

Why were they in the living room? Rather, where did you read they were in the living room?

I should not have assumed that they were not hanging out in the following rooms: Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Garage, Attic.

Detached garage pretty far from the house what I was told. But what makes you think they were going to a rumble circa 1950? Where did you come up w that?

The sharks v jets was an hyperbole for the fact that multiple weapons are on his possesion.

Again, my bad for assuming anything.

I understood the reference clearly like Johnny Nash.

I just don't see how you put two and two together like you did and thought they were going to meet Pony Boy and Johnny just because they had pocket knives in the room.

I work with his Aunt up here near Castalia. He was a major gun enthusiaist and even had something on his facebook teaching people how to use certain guns and self defense and a few other things but then it says im not responsible if people use any of it. It is kind of weird how he had just gotten to the house and within 30 minutes this went down.

You must work with the sister of the person who is related to my wife. She teaches HS I believe or is a principal, I forget. Mom to Sarah if you know the family.
