I bought a set of X-20's last year at Golf Galaxy and they have made an incredible improvement in distance and accuracy. I was so impressed with Callaway's clubs that I bought the RazrFit driver a couple weeks ago. After having it fitted and adjusted it added around 15 yards to my drive and I am hitting a lot more fairways than with my old TM Burner.

No, you only claimed I was full of shit. I gave you that chance to prove I was. You pissed down your leg. Since I'm full of shit, you shouldn't have had any problems playing me for money since its all talk.

Ping, titleist, Mizuno ... Pretty much all of them are better than the marketing whores Taylor Made and Callaway

Maybe its me. But I do worse with my pings that a pro measured my swing and had built for me. Again probably just me.

And this might be a dumb question but can a driver die? My 6 yr old driver makes a different sound now when I hit it. I seem to have lost about 40 yds off it too.

Of course it can. The face will eventually cave inwards, albeit so slightly, and change its effectiveness.

#1- Properly fit clubs still may not preform as well as one wishes, if one still has fundamental set-up and/or swing flaws. Properly fit clubs simply put one in a postion to reach success more easily.

#2- Many of the new era of driver deads can experience trouble. They industry refers to it as "catastrophic failure." The titanium heads have such thin wall on the face of the club that it is very common for this to occur. Very, very thin cracks can occur that one may not even see with the naked eye.
