I disagree as in our nation religion and political are often closely tied. Especially since his topic is about religion in schools, which is a combination of different political ideas. Prayer in public school is an exact example of that constitutional point and a political topic. No establishment and the free exercise principles come into direct conflict in the subject at hand.
