I quoted the OP in the thread. I'm gonna let it go in SB, it's actually more religious than political, IMO, and religion has been discussed in SB numerous times.

I disagree as in our nation religion and political are often closely tied. Especially since his topic is about religion in schools, which is a combination of different political ideas. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibit the free exercise there of."

Prayer in public school is an exact example of that constitutional point and a political topic. No establishment and the free exercise principles come into direct conflict in the subject at hand.
