I'll be there for a few days toward the end of March. Anything I need to check out while I am there? I am staying near the convention center, if that helps.

Are there any close to downtown? I am not sure I will have time to get out of the city.

Denver has a great downtown. The Brown Palace Hotel is where I would recommend. It is one of the oldest west of the Mississippi and still one of the best. Downtown has lots of shopping and nite life. It also has one of the best public transportation systems in the US. The 16th Street Mall section has free transportation and lots of bars, malls and restaurants. You can ride all the way to the end and a short walk to the LoDo District which is where Coors Field and a ton of more stuff is. If you come on St Patty's day, they have the 2nd largest parade in the US there and a great time. Have fun!

I think where I am staying is near the 16th Street Mall. I've been to Denver once before, but it was about 8 years ago so I don't really remember much about the city.

Tebow is dating Taylor Swift or something. Maybe she will be in town for a concert or something.

I was there in October, spent most of the time hiking around Boulder though, toesn't sound like you'll be making it out there.

Went to the Mountain Sun Brewery which was solid. Had some pretty good beers on tap, none that blew me away but solid.

Make sure you go to The Cherry Cricket. They have great burgers along with some great wings. [LEFT]Chef Aaron Sanchez and Food Network's "The Best Thing I Ever Ate"

Check out City Grille, known for their burgers but I thought their Green Chili was even better.
