Or Ryan is too arrogant to play him so he doesnt look bad. Tebow coming in and looking good would make him look really bad. There is a decent point to be made to go back to Sanchez that there isnt time to fully implement an offense catered to Tebow for Ryan to fall back on and of course he has.
