You do not need the d-bells you can do it with bands or nothing at all.

I just ordered P90X. And in the field where they ask how I heard about the product, I checked Other: www.FreeHuddle.com... and I also checked Beachbody Coach: Username vdubb96 on FreeHuddle.com

Chest and back today, 248 push ups with the weighted vest.
Plyo tonight; swim, bike & run tomorrow.
Yoga Wednesday morning, basketball at night.
Shoulder and arms Thursday morning before bad carbs hit me hard with mashed potatoes and dressing.

I'm starting my 3rd week of P90X and I LOVE IT! Unfortunately I had a big set back as I was gone on a business trip last week, but I'm still ready to go!

Just to let you guys know. Insanity is WICKED!!!! I'd done a few and it's intense. Your right there is basically know weights involved. A LOT OF CARDIO!!!! It will deff. shred you in 60 days. Your not gonna get quite the muscle build that you can get from p90x but it's still brutal.
