I have become a fan of Justin Verlander over the years, but with Rod Allen slobbing on his knob(and every knob of a Tigers player) it really makes it easy to root against him.

Of course all national games today are local games and blacked out. Free preview of the baseball will have to do, I guess.

Yeah, I know. Got a W for my fantasy team. I was so pissed when I drafted him (but I draft without bias) cause he is my least favorite pitcher in baseball, dating back to Houston. I turn on Tigers games when he is pitching to cheer against him. I had no success last year, but am 1 for 1 this season.

Volquez was worse than his stats. He had a meltdown. Walked 3 in a row, walked in a run, had 2 wild pitches. Sure, his numbers didn't end up bad, but I saw some of it on MLB Extra Innings free preview and he was the same guy. Head case...no ability to buckle down when needed.

Would have made sense if it was Baseball Tonight. Show has been going downhill for a while. All of their talent is over on MLB network now. Glanville, Winfield, Schilling, and Singleton are all brutal.

The show is best when Kruk and Kurkjian or Olney are on there.
