I'll be taking her car in to get an oil change... Plus I'm making a couple enlargements of photos I took when we were in New Hampshire and California.

I thought you hated your wife? Why would you do something nice for her? I'm not saying she secretly really wants a gift and is playing a game. I'm saying that I don't care who you are, it makes you feel good to know that your SO has thought enough of you to go out of his way to get you something. And it doesn't matter if it's a Tiffany's ring or a $2 rose, it really is the thought that counts.
