I want to try the Chipotle sauce so bad...but I've never thought it sounded good on any of their subs.

That doesn't sound good at all! LOL! I might try it on a chicken sub sometime...that's seems like the only good match (for me anyway).vball10set;1084781 wrote:it's very good, snot--I even get in on my tuna sub during Lent
Speaking of not sounding good at all....I saw today (I went there to pick-up lunch, hence the thread) that the March $5 footlong is a Jalapeno Tuna.

Because that sandwich is fake. It's a plastic rubber concoction used for advertising fast food. They all do it.said_aouita;1084644 wrote:Just to add- Never has it looked like the sandwich in the picture above.

Thanks, but not looking for calories and not subway specific, looking to which bread from any sub place is the most whole grain and least enriched.

I eat everything on the menu but I prefer the BMT or the Tuna.

I've stopped eating at Subway. Not for any real complaint or ethical reason or anything, just don't want it anymore. Maybe it's the cost, even with a $5 footlong I'll get a tea or something and it ends up being like $8 which I could use to get a better meal elsewhere.

If you're not ordering the most expensive sub (Steak & Cheese, regularly $7.xx), then you're not taking advantage of the deal.

I can't wait to get back to San Diego. I have a subway in my apartment building. And I'll have 2 days left in February lol. I love their jalapeno bread.

When my brother was stationed out there the local subway gave him free subs! It may have been in Coronado though.Ytowngirlinfla;1087463 wrote:I can't wait to get back to San Diego. I have a subway in my apartment building. And I'll have 2 days left in February lol. I love their jalapeno bread.
