3 years ago she won best new artist. You say the music industry is a joke then make a statement about Adeles weight. So only skinny people can make good music?

Forgive Skyhook..sometimes when he's trying to be funny (and stalker'esque), he sometimes acts illogical.

It's a very common trait in 85 year olds

Lets just be glad he's on here instead of the roads

Lol. Right, because everything was better "back in the day". I'm not a huge music guy that the thought that only the older guys are the "greats" is hilarious.

Madonna was originally labeled a fad, who dressed like a freak. Sound like Gaga?

Worst dressed of all time? Russian singer Sasha Gradiva. Now she is dubbed "gun girl".

Saw this yesterday and when I tried to find it again, they showed that Rebecca Black attended the grammys. WTF?

I can see people who don't like Adele's music...but to say she's not talented or is a fad is kind of retarded.

I agree. And unfortunately the only thing I really see people talking about is Nicki Minaj.

I wish they would have been able to have more time for a Whitney tribute.

I wish they would spent some time talking about the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse of Rock stars and people that enable them and send a message to the youth watching. But then again they were all partying while Whitney's dead body laid in the bathtub of the same Hotel.

Right because it's the music industry's job to teach the young about the dangers of drugs...

Talented, very much so IMO. Fad? Who knows, if she's relevant ten years from now, the answer is no.

I was thinking about this thread when I heard a Adele song. Really she has a top 10 female singer, maybe even top 5 voice of all time. She is up there with Dusty Springfield, Sade, Ann Wilson and Laura Branigan.
