I'm all for teaching her a lesson, but he got all pissed off for her posting a little tirade on facebook, so he takes a video of his own pussy tirade and posts it on youtube, then facebook? I wonder where she gets it from.

She referred to her mom or stepmom as the cleaning lady

No, they actually have a "cleaning lady". Someone that is working for them to pay off some services.

I don't see a problem with it. She made a public tirade and he gave one back. Hilarious, IMO.

So its ok for his daughter to be a bitch and talk **** about her parents, but not ok for the Dad to use the same forum to punish her and make an example of her?

You can't spank your kids anymore, can't yell at them, now you can't post on Facebook about them...I blame soccer.
1) No, it's not okay for the daughter to "bitch and talk shit" about her parents.
2) The dad is (or at least should be) a mature adult. You expect better. The child is going to do childish things. You don't expect the father to resort to childish behavior as well.

Congrats to the Dad for showing his emotions. He did this out of love so that his kid would learn some humility, respect and some responsibility. Should have used 00 buck shot for better results, but a .45 is a good option.

Any shotgun would have made a better choice to shred up that laptop.

Of course it's not OK, but why would an adult stoop to the level of their teenager to prove the point? All it proves is that he is a complete retard that is incapable of handling it in any useful manner/thinking above the level of a 16 year old, thus went to the last resort of flpping his shit.

Think of when you see some dumbass get in a fight... it's usually because they've run out of any normal ways to handle the argument (because they're either too stupid and/or completely wrong), and just start swinging.

The only thing I don't agree with in the video is that the guy is telling his daughter she has to pay him back after he shot the laptop. Why should she have to pay him back after he purposely destroyed it? He could have just sold it or kept it for himself. That doesn't really teach her anything useful if he destroys it and makes her pay.

I don't want to kill anyone, I am just responding to Tiernan's post about how he wishes there was a way to shoot Mark Zuckerberg.

If she has her own bathroom in the home, the father should probably upper deck her.

1) It looks/sounds fake to me
2) Shame on the father for humiliating his daughter in such a public fashion.
3) It actually sounded like the kid might have had a legitimate gripe, albeit, she shouldn't have posted it "gripe" on Facebook the way she did.
- Parents these days tend to think of their children as their own personal servants.
- I'm all for a child making their own bed (assuming the age is appropriate) and helping out with choirs around the house, but let's not act like they are personal servants who should be taking care of every friggin house choir there is. You're a grown man... you can help with doing some of the choirs too! (again... I don't know the ENTIRE situation here).

I think this "cowboy" (and a cowboy who does technical work?!) was waaaaay out of line here (again, don't know the history between him and his daughter, but). GROW UP YOURSELF!
I think you're a crybaby.

Meh. I thought it was a little over the top. He should have taken her laptop from her and sold it if he really wanted her to appreciate the things she had. He was just blowing away his own money. (And it was his, so I really don't see the big deal with him shooting it. Just seemed like a waste to me.)

Oh? Because I googled it. Tiernan wanted us to think he knew who runs Facebook.
