That would be neat. Maybe allow users to give Negs once they reach a certain level of positive reps.

It's not about having the most rep power, its about creating a community with a feedback mechanism as well as establishing the respected posters for this site. Disagree, I don't care who the person is period. If I am posting on a subject I will relate to those in that thread regardless of who they are. Heck I responded without incident with posters like yourself, society, ender, etc....and mostly you all fit into that no one cares about category for most posters!
