Wow. I find it hard to believe you could totally separate the femur and tibia and tear open your knee like that in a fight. Still sickening though.

The injury did happen, Isaiah Ordiz DID have a compound fracture of his femur at the kneecap, but that's not the picture of it. It's a picture of some Mexican cop.

I don't think that could have happened in a fight. Looks more like an accident, maybe on a motorcycle or something, that would cause something like that...
