Because there are no Summers off there, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Security in less than 3 years. Many don't know, but DeVry is a fully accredited university, not just a community college or trade school. It originally started with business and technical expertise, but it has recently begun expanding into the nursing industry, as well. Their career services is top-notch and helped me throughout my time there with anything from scheduling to advice on how much to ask for starting salary on a job application, based on experience, industry, and company. I received outstanding classroom and real-world knowledge and experience there, and I'm happy with the choice I made.

Only 3 months after college graduation, I got my career job, working for a Fortune 500 company doing exactly what I always wanted to do. After 3 1/2 years there, I make 16% more than the average household income in my school district. Those are just the facts. Any school can be useful and lead to success, but it all depends on the person and whether or not it was the right fit, and how ambitious that person is after graduation.

That being said, I visited ITT Tech (2 different campuses) before choosing DeVry. For those looking into the IT field, I would highly recommend DeVry over ITT, and especially over Bradford, which I also visited. Bradford, by the way, should be in this poll. Haha!

BONUS POINTS!
So is the univ. of Phoenix. I'm sure most others on this list are as well. When I looked into these schools a few years ago as well as a few community colleges, I saw that they all have the same accreditation as OSU, OU, and univ. of Toledo. They are accredited by Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA).

I think you are missing the point of this thread. It's to make fun of DartMOUTH being in the same poll as all of these shitty schools.

Yes.

But really it was named after William Legge, the Second Earl of Dartmouth. I was told at some point he was a large donor to Eleazar Wheelock who was founding the school under the guise of educating/Christianizing "Indians" that, however, was just a ruse. Basically Wheelock had a friendship with an educated Native American named Samson Occum. They paraded him around England to show that that the Indians can be educated and "civilized." Once Wheelock had the money and set up the school in Hanover, New Hampshire, he went away from the charter and made it a college for white males.

A minimal amount of Native Americans graduated from Dartmouth during the first 200 years of the institution, I believe it is below 20 overall. But in the 1970's the school not only went Co-ed but also increased its efforts to follow its charter to provide education to Native Americans. Since then the school boasts of graduating more Native Americans than all other Ivy League school's combined.

What's cool is you can go to the tombstones of Eleazar Wheelock and other figures that are in a graveyard on the campus. The inscription is kind of offensive but just shows the times.

"By the gospel he subdued the
ferocity of the savage,
And to the civilized he opened
new paths of Science.
Traveler, go if you can
and deserve the sublime reward
of such merit."

Dartmouth's mascot used to be the Indian. You can find it on older college apparel, but that was done away with during the political correctness fever that got rid of a bunch of Native American based mascots. Now it's just a lame "Big Green."

So one person is a lot? Ohio State should be ashamed that you graduated with a complete lack of reasoning and basic comprehension of the phrase "a lot."

I know you went to Dartmouth, so its no surprise this went over your head. C4F going there caused a lot of gays to follow, and when C4F left, a lot of gays left too.

Enjoy! LOL
