To answer my own questions, I did some research...
That picture is not nuggets. It's hard to tell what it is. But there is a Huffington Post article about the picture.

Good ole "Pink Slime". According to McD's they don't use it anymore. I'm waiting on verification from Sleeper though.

You must not realize how addictive these McNuggets are. I posted earlier on this thread how they are driving chicks into prostitution. Have you ever seen chicks trading sexual favors for some steamed broccoli, brussels sprouts, or a stalk of celery? Anyone try the new chicken bites? Not usually a fan of those things like when KFC other other places have soemthing similiar as they seem to be more breading than meat.
I actually was at McDonalds 3 times over the weekend.
Just to rent and return redbox though.
