Gotta feel good for Jose Parsons.....3 times the bridesmaid as a State Alternate......this time he leaves no doubt with his district championship!

Jake Lagace (160) got third, Tyler Harble (182) got his first district championship, and Nathan McCown (195) took second.

Price is a good kid and a tramendous athlete. Just was in the toughest weight class at the /district. I loved wrestling him because i would always learn something new. sucks he didnt make it.

As feared, the tournament was dominated by the East.....38 SQ's to 18 SQ's for the Central.......breaking the Central's 2 year winning streak. However, these things are cyclical. The Central has its work cut out......but will rise again.

25 out of Claymont sectional, if I counted right.

I counted 28 by claymont sectional, might be wrong but 7 1st, 7 seconds 7 thirds and 7 fourths. Impressive if my 7 first is right.

does this make a case for seeding sectionals?

It's just beyond me why the East District board refuses to seed the teams......
