We just accept Fedor fighting as a Heavyweight because he always has, but these days it's just insane. He is much smaller than alot of the 205'ers in the UFC such as Forrest, Rampage, Jones, etc.

I just don't see how he could ever beat submission savvy guys who can take him down giving up this much weight.

That's what always amazed me. He fought heavyweight, but he really isn't that big. I mean, he gives up soooo much size to these other guys.

Which is why I'd like to see him at 205. I think he could run shit.

Yeah but he's also a lot faster than the guys bigger than him. If he drops down he'd give up that speed advantage. Plus this far into his career, i don't think he's about to drop weight.

Yeah, and he wouldn't even really have to lose much weight at all. Just come in to fight week around 220 and you can cut the 15 for weigh ins. That said, I do not see that happening.

He is such a legend alot of 205'ers would be willing to fight him at heavy anways, or a catch weight of 215/220. I would like to see him fight Henderson next. First big right hand to land wins!

I read where Wanderlei called him out for a re-match and with the UFC headed to Brazil in August, I thought that would make PERFECT sense.

^^^So did I. If they have those on it for Rio, it would sell out just with those two on it.

Penn-Fitch ends in a draw; that's two of the past three PPVs that had the main event end in a draw. I'm really glad I didn't buy this one.

What's eating at me, is the numbering of the events. MMA has come a long way, let's start naming them after the main event, like boxing does, instead of with a number. It makes it seem like they're counting like that fake shit called Wrestlemania. People don't really remember the numbers when they talk of old fights. Here's a recent one, can anyone tell me what UFC Lesnar lost to Velasquez without looking it up? Chances are slim you can give the number. You'll know of it alot easier as Lesnar vs Velasquez, or things like Penn vs St Pierre I, or II.
