she probably shouldn't have been outside in a metal wheelchair during a storm :o

That pic doesn't do her any justice. She is a lot better looking than that.

Who cares what happened to her sister? I'm pretty sure everyone is aware that lightning kills/hurts a lot. It's not like there is an epidemic of people getting struck by lightning. It's a dumb cause. I just did a google search to find the death's per year. And on a site that is dedicated to lightning awareness there was this amazing comment...

"Lightning safety has evolved over the years so now when we talk about the 30-30 Rule, instead of standing outside and counting, go inside and count. When Thunder Roars Go Indoors !"

Really, that's the evolution? Instead of standing outside one should stand inside? Brilliant!

The site even says on it that much of lightning strike prevention is common sense. So she is essentially an advocate for common sense? Sounds like she needs some.

...Ohio needs to get rid of whoever is running their program if they can't attract anything better than her and the rest of these "finalists"

Hung out with Miss Wyoming and Miss Oregon Thursday night. I was wingman for this guy I work with, and we met them at a nightclub inside the Cosmopolitan. I was surprised that they were Miss America contestants because I did not think they were amazingly hot.

Yeah, her sister was struck by lightening a number of years ago. I remembe when it happened. I believe it was on the local golf course where she was working.

The awareness part comes from the fact that it was sunny out and any 'bad' weather was quite a bit far away. Many people just think about getting struck when a storm is upon us and during a storm, but that day when and where she got struck was just the matter of awful luck as every single one of us have been out in much worse conditions.

For the last year i have seen Ellen probably once a week, sometimes twice. She does look much better in person than on the pictures and on TV. Her body is incredible...very incredible.
