As has been said before, the girl makes the tat sexy and not the other way around. Any girl that looks good with tats would look just as good if not better without them.

I think they are hot as hell on some women. But at the same time, its the chick that is making the Tats hot for me, not the other way around.

Some can be alright.. A lot of the pics on this thread are too much for me though. I only like hip/side/back tats on chicks. Dont like their whole body covered in it. I dont think a sleeve on a girl is attractive at all.

Some look good and some look bad. Same for guys with tattoos. I would like to get one or two but they would be small and I would be able to cover them up when necessary.

Most of the girls in this thread don't need the body art to look trashy and slutty, but it helps.
Not to make a blanket stereotype, but such body art does suggest certain things about background/values/education etc. and because of that stigma the "exceptions" generally don't happen, which makes the stereotype somewhat self-fulfilling.
