Yea its OK when the turban twisters cut off a Marine's head live on Al Jazeerah but we can't piss on 'em? Get real America, this is a ruthless, relentlesss enemy who absolutely HATES US with every molecule of their being. Anything our guys can do to psychologically intimidate the bastards is OK by me and should actually be rewarded.

It's laughable that these guys are being judged by a bunch of people sitting behind a computer or behind a news desk. If pissing on bodies makes you feel good, so be it. I'm guessing those aren't the bodies of innocent civilians.

Offer all the justifications or excuses you want, I don't think you need to have been shot at to deem pissing on a dead body to be morally reprehensible - morality is not conditional. Otherwise, you're saying you're ok with similar treatment of our dead soldiers.

Would much rather have seen a bunch of videos of them pissing on or stacking naked bodies of our soldiers than them beheading and dragging bodies behind cars in the street.

Something happened here, this incident didn't happen unprovoked. These guys have obviously seen or been apart of something so fucked up this was a way to quell the pain.

My uncle is a Marine Corps pilot, his last tour he had to spend 6 months on the ground at Camp Leatherneck as part of a billet. Every Marine that dies passes through there, every day he witnessed a new ceremony. He isn't the same guy he was before he left and this is after 19 years prior service.

So I say if that piss helps them cope then so be it, they aren't there killing by choice

Again, morality is not conditional. I can condemn the ACTION without condemning the person. This seems to be lost on you. I'm not saying they;re bad people, but what they did was wrong and that's an objective fact.

Now if you want to talk about what consequences these marines should face, then you have a debate.

I meant, they chose to be Marines, they chose to fight to defend our country anywhere in the world. They didn't chose to be put in no win situations, situations that a bunch of suits put them in. Rules of engagement they are forced to follow that require them to take fire before firing, and even after taking fire having to wait even longer before returning fire. They are in a war zone where not only do they have to follow a checklist before engaging, but the enemy they have been surrounded by is playing by no rules. COMPLEX
