Does anyone think the Bronces petition EA Sports not to put Tebow on the Madden cover next year?

He has enough to overcome as a QB in this league right now, putting a curse on top of it seems like piling on.

The #1 D didn't. Whats your point? When you have to change your offense on the fly after starting 1-4 you are going to be inconsistent.

The Patriots did enough of that tonight.

If the offense was good enough to beat the "#1" defense, then your excuse doesn't really fly. They had plenty of time to instill the offense, it's not like it was anything special in the 1st place.

Huggers making more excuses, face it, the kid can't play QB in the NFL. The fad is over.

He can't CONSISTENTLY do it, at least not yet.

He obviously shown signs that he can, as well as some that he can't. I don't give a shit about him either way, but the only thing anyone can say about him for sure is he's inconsistent.

Oh he can definitely play, but at what level? Championship level? I don't see it happening, but you never know.

If you can't complete 50% of your passes and make more than one read you can't play QB, i'm sorry. You call it inconsistency, I call it not being able to play the position.

How many QB's in the NFL are "Championship level" right now? 4? 5? 6? out of 32. Who has ever said Tebow is a NFL Championship level QB?

Hell, it took Alex Smith years to figure it out. However, he had the benefit of the doubt because he didn't have an army of butthurt college football fans hating him for existing.

Joe Flacco still hasn't figured it out but he just happened to land on a team with one the graestest defenses in the NFL for years.

I still don't see Alex Smith as a super bowl QB, even playing with arguably the top defense in the NFL. At the end of the day isn't winning a championship all that matters?

He was very good today, but I can't see him winning 3 (or some years 4) straight playoff games.

Joe Flacco can make every throw on an NFL field, he also is 60% for his career. Tebow is 47% and can't make more than one read or throw well from the pocket. Hope this helped.

Smith had to deal with how many OC's? Tebow is running a similar offense that he ran in college.

And the defense keeping the game close helped Tebow.

If I'm starting a franchise today and had to take either Wacko Flacco, Tiny Hands Smith, or Tebow, Tebow would be my last choice.

I don't even hate Tebow. He's a football player, but he's not a legit starting QB.

He'd be my last choice at this point as well. Personally I don't think he'd ever be my first choice on that list, but then he has those here and there flashes that make you want to reconsider. He can't tread water forever.

Far from a Tebow fan, but I think you are lying to yourself if you think this dude isn't going to come back even hungrier next year. He has a fire inside and is going to make leaps and bounds during a real offseason as the top QB coming into the season. I see him coming back, improved enough to pretty much do what he did this year. Be good enough. He will be improved but defenses will be more hip to his game so it will even out.

IMO he will lead them to a shit division championship and win a playoff game or two. If they can attract some better players for him they'll be in good shape. I don't hate the guy bc of what the media has made him. He's technically a bad QB but his intangibles make him an above Avg QB. If he improves his mechanics/ decision making to Avg his intangibles will make him a good QB. I hope he does it. It's annoying to listen to the media slob all over him but it's not his fault. I hope he succeeds bc he seems genuine and very passionate about the game and winning the right way. The opposite of someone like al Haynesworth who all fans despise. And hey, he KO'd the Squeelers so he's okay in my book.

Tebow just has so much to fix. I don't think it's undoable though, however he can't read a D or make a nice throw it seems. However the guy dominated at Florida so why couldn't he turn into decent at least. He's still pretty young but IMO he isn't the guy that will win a SB. Young guys like Rodgers and Stafford are who get you there

Gronkwoski had 10 catches to tebows 9 completions. Gronk had 145 yards to Tebows 136. Gronk had 3tds to Tebows Zero.

The patriots TE had more production than the entire Broncos passing offense. Go home Tebow, no one will miss you except the media.

Tebow went from the 4th best QB in camp to the 2nd round of the playoffs in his 16th NFL start. He was/is not wanted by his head coach/front office. McCoy is the only one who helped Tebow. Elway dissed him, until Tebow put his team in first place. And even then he was 'week to week'. After the loss to KC, they were ready to put Brady Queen in vs. Pitt. if Tebow struggled. Last night his Oline looked awful. I never heard Dumerville's name one time. Denver ran up the middle on first down over and over again. They are an avg team at best, with below avg coaching. Out of 32 teams, only a handful are considered great. Still, on any given Sunday one can beat another in the NFL. Tebow had no problem completing 66% of his passes to Harvin, Cooper, Hernandez, Nelson, Caldwell, and Murphy at Florida. Then the 'experts' said his throwing motion needed to be screwed with. What is so different in the NFL? Throwing is throwing. Tebow has to have more time. Look at Alex Smith, how many were calling him a bust last year? Or Brett Favre, Steve Young, etc. All QBs take time in the NFL. Tebow will have his time.
