Looked to me like the knee was down before the ball broke the plane, but surely they shouldn't say the call was confirmed!

Is the ref Corrente (sp) sick? He looks different...seemingly much less hair...looks much older as well.

Smith read it perfectly...jumped it ruined it and then gave Stafford a little extra and Stafford gets up pointing at Smith and talking to the ref.

Referee took 10 minutes recess from Smith. Word is the Saints will fight it.

Looks like the best shot the Lions have to get the ball back without the Saints scoring is to punch the ball out!
