Arent there rules on how many recruits you can sign a year? Am I wrong with that? For some reason I thought there was a rule that big ten teams could only sign 25. A buddy of mine said he heard osu could sign possibly 28. That I know isn't going to happen.. But I'm just curious of the rule.

25 is the rule but you can petition the B1G to sign as many as 28 to get to a total of 85. EE's count for the previous year's 25 total. If there are 3 EE's this year, they can sign 28.

In the video it looked like Vrabel was ready to strap on the pads again...he may have one more down in him. Didnt realize how huge he still looks.
