I would be pretty disappointed if new ownership got rid of the team president and GM this close to the season. While many have questioned some of the picks H+H have made, you must admit that the team certainly has improved in just about every facet since they have taken over. I feel like the Browns are 1 more lottery pick away from being division/playoff contenders, and it would be a shame if new management (a Steelers fan at that) came in and restructured the organization. I don't know that I can take much more of this garbage...

Problem with that is I don't want to be a "playoff contender"

I want to be a Super Bowl contender. If were anything other than that, what's the point?

Problem with that is that you can't skip steps. You can't be a Super Bowl contender until you are first a playoff contender. There's no such thing as a one-year wonder.

I.E, NYG (x2), GB, etc..

I don't think that's true at all.

The pass defense is better. The run defense and offense were as bad as they've ever been, and the special teams have been worse.

A player getting suspended 4 games is a bombshell?

Maybe on a playoff contending team but there's not one player on this team I would really care about being suspended 4 games.

This is my biggest fear...Richardson suffering a season ending injury in training camp or a preseason game. So much of this offense will be riding on him.

It's probably going to be Gordon but I don't really think that's a bombshell.

How can they suspended gordon? He hasn't done anything wrong in the NFL yet lol. All his drug problems were in college

I suppose you're right in that aspect.

But....What if the player is Richardson and what if it's roids? Let's say he really isn't the "beast" we thought he was because it was all synthetic? We'd be fucked at RB.

As far as today's TC session went, I heard that Gordon looked solid, Haden was all over the place and that Weeden looked like absolute crap.
