At least the Browns didn't draft Kirk Cousins after drafting a new "franchise" QB. LMAO redskins.

100. Travis Benjamin, WR, Miami: D Grade
Scouts Inc. had the highest grade on Travis Benjamin than anyone else, and they slotted him at No. 173. This is not the type of pick you make atop Round 4
Gil Brandt on Travis Benjamin, "had about 30 guys ahead of him, and another 20 who you could sign as undrafted FA before him "
Heckert is either a genius or ending his career.

the dude runs a 4.3 and has a 40inch vertical. That's all you need to know.

Pretty much. Right now it just seems like the guy is imploding right in front of our eyes.

It seems like that. Almost every one of our picks (other than T-rich) has been about 20 spots ahead of where most draft grades had guys. I liked Weeden at 22 because of our desperation at QB, but he was around #40 on most charts. Schwartz was in the 60s, Hughes was a reach as well.

You are right about the genius or bust thing.

4.26 fastest time recorded. I don't care with pads or not, dude can fly. Do you say that for every 40 time recorded? SMH

Benjamin will compete right away for the slot spot. He's Norwood-esque but faster. Not a bad pick

I don't mind the pick, this is hopefully the vertical threat for Weeden, and maybe they'll get a bigger target like Criner later on? Put those two with Little and I guess Cribbs and it could be alright.

The last 2 picks were more like 100 picks ahead.

There is alot of arrogance in Berea, and we know that. They do think they have a superior "system" and are smarter than all the other teams out there, so it doesn't surprised me that they have the "let the draft boards be damned" type of attitude.

Lets wait until we see what these guys do at the next level before we start judging them. These picks might very well work out.

Is anyone else up for taking a flyer on Burfict soon? These picks are a crap shoot at this point, and I think this kid might be able to pull it together once he's in the league.

At the very least he has more potential upside than any other mid rounder we would draft, and would bring a toughness and meanstreak that would play well in the AFC north if he pulls his head out.

Look at it this way. We didn't draft a backup for our #1 pick ala Washington, we didn't draft a punter in the third, and we didn't pick a player who has history of having a stroke. Pretty good so far I think.
