I really like Hill. To me he has top 5 WR in the league potential, but I worry about the Browns coaching staff being able to get him there. I've been on the randle wagon for most of the off season and think he's a perfect fit in the WCO. With the next few picks I'd like to see 2nd-WR, 3rd-RT, 4th- OLB and then add another WR, like the names you mentioned, after that.
