BTW..this increases the Browns cap number to $19 million because each team except for the Saints & Raiders gets $1.6 million each if I'm reading this correct.

I agree which is why I previously stated that I think McCoy will be behind center this season (even though I wouldn't be disappointed with an upgrade). I this if this is the case, the best scenario we can have is to take Richardson at 4 (being called the best RB in the draft since Adrian Peterson) and then take Stephan Hill or Kendall Wright if they are available at 22. Seriously? Think the Skins had a crystal ball that they were going to lose all of that cap money? To answer your question, yes. And that "RG3 will have to equal Tom Brady to justify the trade" thing is a bunch of bullshit. If he's an elite QB in 3 years consistently leading the Skins to the playoffs I highly doubt they'll give a shit about those picks. If their top FA targets are Peyton Manning & Flynn and they don't have the cap money to afford them, they secure their QB via trade if they aren't enamored with Tannehill or Weeden.
