Skill set wise I am in complete agreement.

Don't you have concerns though about his ability to transition to playing under center almost exclusively? Not everyone does it successfully.

I missed that, but unless they were comparing Shurmur to a fan with Down Syndrome, it's a false comaprison.

I'd love a coach who "makes mistakes" with 3 (possibly 4) AFC Titles in 5 years and a Super Bowl win.

Not as much as I have concerns about Shurmur being flexible in his offense to adapt to Griffin's skill set.
