Yeah, Watson & Marecic, I believe. If anything, the Browns have errored on the side of caution with concussions throughout the season and they've had a lot of them. Surprised they missed this one.

Yeah. Especially when you consider that (a) it was their QB; (b) he was shaken up and had to leave the game and (c) a helmet-to-helmet flag was thrown, so it's not like the sideline has an excuse for not knowing what was what in that situation.

Might have been a subtle way of them letting McCoy know just how "important" he is to their future plans. "Who cares if his head gets broke...just a stopgap!"

Funny you'd mention that because I don't think McCoy is Shurmur's "guy." I frankly think old Patty Boy couldn't care less if Colt got hit by a bus which he kinda did (Harrison).

Rule should be you should have to be taller than 5'5" to play in the NFL, then when you get hit where a normal person's chest would be it's not a helmet shot. ;)

Rule should be the tackler has to lead with his shoulder and not lower the crown of his helmet to intentionally use it as a battering ram to maim someone. ;)

They need to let players play the way they used to plain and simple . Gladiators .. If they want a different profession its on them . They like making millions and I like watching Harrison destroy Brown stains

Put a rule in that charges team with the helmet to helmet with timeout while player is evaluated. For example, steelers would be charged timeout while colt is evaluated.

Something should be done about concussions. They can't be good.

It's called spearing, and been a rule for decades. Maybe they should just take the helmets off. Almost seems it would be safer.

I know. I forgot to note the sarcasm.
