My guess is LJ's never been laid either.LJ;1021809 wrote:LJ grew up in a family that collects guns. LJ has studied guns since he was a kid. LJ started his 150+ gun collection when he was 13. LJ goes to a weekly meeting with other gun guys and sits around and smokes cigars, eats pizza and talks guns. LJ has probably owned more, shot more, and known more about guns than any person on this website.
As much as you want to try to troll on this, this is a topic where I will really tell you to STFU and.... go ahead, try me.

I probably won't sell just b/c my grandpa gave it to me before he died. It's an old model 19 revolver.. nothing new.justincredible;1021840 wrote:If you're interested in selling the S&W let me know. That's the gun I am most interested in purchasing.

I'd get it checked out by a gunsmith if you are worried. Price sounds decent. A gunsmith would be able to look down the bore and tell you ~ how many rounds it has had down it. The bore slowly wears off (which is why CSI bullet matching is LOL) which will decrease the accuracy. Your other internal parts can wear out too.ZWICK 4 PREZ;1021834 wrote:He is. He was in the Airforce and collected ever since then. He doesn't have a ton but I'd imagine about a dozen.
He knows I was looking at semi-auto's, that's why he asked me.

I have used both M16 and M14 in a combat situation.
The M14 does have some draw backs (size, weight, ammo round clip and few other little items) Note: as a sniper weapon and I’ve worked very close with snipers “what a great weapon” best friend in Nam was a sniper.
The weight and bulk of the M14 ammo is a problem but the effects are a huge benefit.
The M16A1 was a good weapon for the situation and the rounds down range are impressive.
I have seen first hand the devastation of a M14 vs. M16 on a human being…. The crack of a M14 to the head shot that echo in the darkness is a sound one never forgets.
If I had a squad of just M14 grunts I have no problem ….. with that…
I would like to own an original M16A1 but dreaming is always nice…

Extremely ignorant person. Likes to think of himself as better than everyone else, but often ends up being completely humiliated as a result of his own stupidity. |

Unnecessary post. Gay J already knew that. I didn't care.
