I don't think they make it, but if they do you can't count the Jets out once they reach the playoffs. They've essentially sucked their way in to the playoffs the last two seasons and have 4 playoff wins.

I figured you would have nothing again. You don't know how to handle facts, you just like to spew bullshit on your keyboard. Now go ahead spew some bullshit about how this post is "ironic." lolfail.Skyhook79;1019810 wrote:I know right?

I dunno, you can't count out anyone once they make the playoffs(seahawks last year?) but the jets do look pretty awful this year for what their expectations were.justincredible;1019827 wrote:I don't think they make it, but if they do you can't count the Jets out once they reach the playoffs. They've looked awful the past two years as well. Like I said, I don't think they even make the playoffs but if they do I'll take them to advance to the AFC title game once again.DeyDurkie5;1019888 wrote:I dunno, you can't count out anyone once they make the playoffs(seahawks last year?) but the jets do look pretty awful this year for what their expectations were.

I know this is off topic but does anyone remember back in 99 I think when the Pack and Car were both fighting for final playoff spot. They were both playing at the same time that afternoon and all other tie-breakers being equal, it came down to point differential for both teams.
GB was playing AZ and the Panthers were playing NOLA. Both teams were scoreboard watching as the game went on and both teams, knowing the point differentials were very even, were trying to run up the score in their respective games to clinch the final playoff spot.
I remember Favre and the Pack running their hurry up O despite being up on AZ by like 3 TDs or something. Just thought of that randomly and wondered if anyone else remembered it. Pretty wild finish. It was like GB and Car were playing each other from completely different parts of the country or something.
The only shitty part was though the Pack finished ahead by a nose in the point differential it was all for not as the Cowgirls actually won the final spot later in the day. But that afternoon Car and GB battled each otherfrom two separate stadiums to stay alive on the final day of the season. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I already owe raw dawgin' it my avatar until the Patriots are eliminated from the playoffs. Unfortunately they'll probably get a first round bye so I'll have to keep it for the first two weeks.DeyDurkie5;1019926 wrote:I'll take that bet FO SHO
If the Jets make the playoffs and don't make the AFC title game I will give you my avatar from the time raw dawgin' it loses control of it until the Super Bowl. If the Patriots make the Super Bowl and the Jets do not get to the title game I will give it to you for the two weeks after the Super Bowl. If the Jets do make it to the title game I get your avatar from the time the Jets win their second round game through the Super Bowl (three weeks total). Bet is null and void if the Jets fail to make the playoffs.
Do you agree to these terms?

So if they win the super bowl you'll have it until the next time they lose a playoff game? that'd suck loljustincredible;1020010 wrote:I already owe raw dawgin' it my avatar until the Patriots are eliminated from the playoffs. I just think that all these injuries are going to cause them to back into the playoffs. If they were healthy...they would probably be my favorite to come out of the AFC

They won their division outright with a win. That is not backing into the playoffs.
Every team lays an egg. Foster will be better. Idk if the info that Wade Phillips wasn't coaching but he will be back. Johnson will return.
I see them winning the first playoff game no matter who they play.
You are right these injuries mean they are not super bowl caliber.
