Again, 3 times in this game the rushing defender has hit the QB in the helmet with their helmet, only 2 were called and they both launched themselves purposely to the helmet of the QB in the pocket.

Are these instances going down at all in the NFL?

Rams gave them that TD. 15 yard penalty on the push OB and then a first down and goal on the hands to the face.....Bengals have two shots to QB helmet that have not been called.
