Another great work out tonight.
The boys are getting after it gearing up for Districts and State.
Great to see some new blood coming all the way down from Delaware!

Next Monday is Martin Luther King JR. Day. Earlier in the season I provided my team with about 5 to 7 quotes from the Good Doctor. If you hold this event next week, we will hold it in honor of the Good Doctor, I'll read or hand out the quotes as a way to pay homage, and then we will absolutely get after it!!!
Yay or nay? I'm sure availabilty is the biggest obstacle. Let us know.

Central Ohio wrestling great Jimmy Edwards will train with the Ohio Captials (OCC) this coming Monday Jan 16th from 7-8pm @ Darby.
Club starts at 6:45 to get warmed up and ready to go with Coach Edwards at 7.
We will stay a little longer(8:15-8:30) for some extra live work.
Great opportunity to come out and train with Coach Edwards...2 time State Finalist, State Champ, NCAA All American,
High profile Coach(has trained some of the best in the world...Tommy Rowlands).
OCC members free.
Non OCC members always welcome for only $5!

Thanks to Coach Jimmy Edwards for passing on his knowledge to a great group of young men trying to get better.
As you said, Cruiser close to 50 tonight!
What a great room. DQs and SQs all around.
Saw a big group all the way from Roundtown make it to the room.
Thanks for bringing those Circleville kids Coach.
Newark Catholic brought a couple hammers.
Also saw some kids from Westerville, Olentangy Liberty and Orange, Marysville, West Jeff, Bloom Carroll, Ready, Bradley.
Also there were a few MS hammers that came to get better.
Awesome turn out!
Lets keep the momentum going Central District and challenge those boys up north at the Schott!

Come on out to Darby Monday at 6:45. (today)
I got a couple of calls from some coaches sayiing they were going to bring some guys down.
should be a good one.
Last week we had almost 50 kids.

Great room again tonight!
We had mid 30s there working to get better.
Had some Marysville hammers down. A great group from Nerk Cath making the trek. Westerville Worthington Ready all represented along with the usual Darby kids.
Also had a couple of stud MS kids getting ready for OAC.
Kids really getting after it with some real good intense grinders.
Come on out next Monday 6:45.

Brakeman Special this week.
Any wrestler mentioned in the Brakeman report gets in free this Monday if they bring a partner, teammate, friend or anyone willing to put in some extra time to get better!

We had almost 50(48) working hard tonight coming from all over.
Springfield, Washington Ct House, Newark, Urbanna.
Same studs from Marysville(one of whom had a HUGE win this weekend) getting after it.
Having some good numbers from some stud middle schoolers getting ready for the OAC.
Get over to Darby on Mondays to get a great session!

District week!
6:45 still every Monday
