Eh, not enough students hang out there for teachers. Probably Westfield Mall is the best place to hook up.

Places you shouldn't miss:

Continue past Packo's and hit the Rumpus Room,

Check out the river at the the new Marina district,

The Woodville Mall is nice this time of year,

Start in Downtown, and take the backroads out to the University of Toledo.

Ill be over near the Woodville mall tomorrow. I hate the places work takes me sometimes.

Its better than having to go to Hoodward again. That school is like a death trap trying to get to.

They should knock the Woodville Mall down pronto, and finally connect Coy Rd to Woodville Rd.

Also, you should definitely check out Woodward HS for awhile. Talk a walk down Manhattan and meet the people of the neighborhood.

The only "must see" in Toledo is the sign saying "Now leaving Toledo".

Probably said already but I dont care to read the other posts.

Toledo Zoo lights.

Toledo Walleye hockey. They got new digs a couple of years ago and that place is top notch. It is to hockey what the new ML baseball stadiums are to baseball.

Sorry, but Toledo is the worst city in Ohio. Toledo is also a top 5 worst city in the country. The only city I can consciously put above Toledo without a doubt is DETROIT. And honestly, sometimes, if you stick your nose out the window, you can smell the filth of Detroit from Toledo.

With that said, the Toledo Zoo is probably a top 5 Zoo in the country. I like it better than Columbus' Zoo. Book it!

There isn't enough serious crime in Toledo to warrant calling it "a top 5 worst city in the country." Toledo has one of the best zoos and art museums in the world, as well as the largest collection of Victorian Era homes east of the Mississippi, and has almost zero traffic jams. That alone saves it. The downtown is actually starting to show signs of life after ~$200mil in public reinvestment. The vacancy rate of downtown Toledo apartments/condos is <5%. Not exactly the signs of a horribly miserable city.

They do have a long way to go in terms of attractions to become a reasonable success story though.

Lima, Canton, Akron, and Youngstown are all much, much worse than Toledo.

Lima is no city. It might as well all fall into the rock quarry.

Toledo downtown is actually not bad. Mud Hens and Walleye really lots of fun. There are several bars/restaurants around that area that I would recommend. The Bronze Boar, Ice, The Blarney Irish Pub, PizzaPapalis are some of my favorites.

The Attic and Table 44 are great too.
